It did not hear me properly

Fix the field on the review screen and Yapp remembers the correction. The same word will come out right next time — it learns from what you change. You can see and edit everything it has learned in Settings → Learned corrections.

There is no signal where I work

Record anyway. The job is saved on your phone straight away and shows a Retry button. Tap it when you are back in range.

I do not need all these fields

Tap the tune icon at the top of Today and switch off anything you never fill in. Those fields disappear from the review screen and Yapp stops trying to find them.

I got a new phone

Sign in with the same account and your jobs come back. Recordings and photos download when you open a job.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Delete account. It removes the jobs on your phone, the recordings and photos in storage, and the account. It cannot be undone — export first if you want a copy.
